Wool Roving: Ayrie (4 oz)

Ayrshire (Ayrie) is our big mama and the flock’s leader. She is a wonderful mother, keeps everyone in line and will chase off a dog or fox in a heartbeat. She is a Shetland cross and has strong soft long locks. 

Our wool roving has been professionally picked and carded at our local fiber mill. It retains minimal vegetation (but not zero!). Roving may be used for many things, including spinning, felting, or weaving, or as stuffing for smaller items. Wool takes on natural and non-natural dyes beautifully.
